I can’t describe this moment any other way than perfect.

With my sister halfway across the country and my brother becoming increasingly dependent, it’s nice to look back to a time that was free of worry and responsibility.

However, if it wasn’t for responsibility, I’m not the person I am today.

Early responsibility taught me selflessness, integrity, and patience. All of which have been essential to my story so far.

During my childhood, I viewed the responsibility I had as a burden. Today, I see it as a gift.

Often times, the purpose of what we’re going through

doesn’t shine through until after the fact.

Embrace your struggle. It’s not what defines you. You define it and how you define

it is what defines you.

Stay strong and keep pushing forward!
